Albinoni Oboe Concerto in D Major Op. 7, No. 6

Written in 1715, the Oboe was still somewhat of a novelty to write for, and Albinoni seems to have had the Trumpet in mind and he wrote, as the piece is in the Trumpet 'friendly' Key of D major. It is however, a wonderful piece for Oboe and orchestra.
